Effective immediately, all customer complaints must be filed via Mandatory Rotary Dial Procedure. Failure to dial the correct extension within the allotted time results in a formal written reprimand. Three reprimands terminate your call, and possibly your employment.

--- How to Play ---

Every round a sequence will be generated on the clipboard to the right of the phone. You need to dial that sequence in order to proceed to the next round. Be aware that you're on a timer, so you have to go fast before it runs out, 3 strikes will end your tenure.

To Dial a number: Left-click and hold on the dial, drag the dial with your mouse, rotate it near the metal stopper until you see the label with the correct number, then release the mouse click. Wait for the carriage to return to its resting position before proceeding. If the dial is in a "?" or "X" Position, it will fail, ensure you're seeing the number you want before releasing your mouse click.

Please remember that interrupting company property reflects poorly on you, the employee.

Be aware that sequences grow longer as your tenure continues. The dial will also return faster and faster with each difficulty increase.

Your accuracy, your speed, and your composure will be scored and filed accordingly. You can submit your final score to see how well you did compared to your peers.
